At Pixel Peel, we pour our nerdy design soul into every sticker that ships out. And while we strive for perfection, sometimes life throws a plot twist. So here’s our no-nonsense, totally honest return & refund policy, made to be fair, friendly, and fuss-free.

All Sales Are Final 🚫

Our stickers are custom-designed and priced with love (and tight margins), so once an order is confirmed, it’s final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong thing by mistake
  • Didn’t vibe with the final design, size, or color (unless we messed up — in which case, skip to Section 2)

📝 Pro tip: Double-check product photos, dimensions, and descriptions before you hit “Place Order.” It’ll save everyone a lot of heartache.

Damaged, Defective, or Just Not What You Ordered? 😢

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or completely off from what you ordered, we’ve got your back. You can request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is visibly damaged (torn, bent, scratched, etc.)
  • You got the wrong design or product
  • The print is defective or missing details

📩 To get things sorted:

✅ If the issue checks out, we’ll offer:

  • A free replacement (we’ll cover shipping), OR
  • A full refund via your original payment method

Easy peasy.

Missing Packages 📦

If your package is AWOL (lost in shipping limbo), don’t panic we’ll help you chase it down.

⏱ If your order hasn’t shown up after:

  • 20 days (India orders)
  • 40 days (international orders)

Shoot us a message. We’ll open an investigation and help resolve it with a refund or reshipment if eligible.

⚠️ Note: We aren’t liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details entered by you.

Return Shipping 📬

In rare cases (like bulk order misprints), if a return is approved, we’ll give you return instructions. You won’t have to pay for return shipping.

⛔ We do not accept return-to-sender parcels or returns sent without prior approval.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds take about 5–7 business days to process. You’ll get your money back through the same method you used to pay (Razor Pay, Stripe, etc.). Your bank may take a little longer to show it, blame them, not us.

Unauthorized Returns or Chargebacks 🚨

Please don’t initiate returns or payment disputes without talking to us first. It’s not cool and can result in being banned from future purchases.
